What We Do
Supporting families navigating the SEND journey
SEND for Families provides specialist support for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and the families who care for them. The service offers clear, practical guidance to help families navigate complex systems with
greater confidence.
Grounded in experience across specialist education, leadership, and safeguarding, SEND for Families focuses on making processes more accessible, strengthening advocacy, and ensuring each child is understood, supported, and able to thrive.
Working closely with families, schools, and professionals, the approach promotes inclusive, trauma-informed practice that prioritises emotional safety, wellbeing, and meaningful engagement.
